Dolph Ziggler & Creatine to Help His Losing Streak

By Rob Sutter

I have to wonder how a potential World Title holder can have such an abysmal losing streak. This is the curious case of Dolph Ziggler, who seemed to be on the fast track to being one of the top athletes in World Wrestling Entertainment. For some reason or another, though, it seems like he's being treated more like a joke than a legitimate athlete. This is one of the reasons why I feel like he could use some help, whether creatine plays a part or not.

When it comes to muscle-building supplements, creatine is worth noting because it allows the body an extra boost of energy. It's one of the factors that's needed in just about any physical activity you can think of, too. Endurance is one of the biggest concerns for wrestlers, since there has to be enough of it for them to sustain a match that can go on for an extended length of time. If you want to invest in strong organizations like the Muscular Development Store, though, it will assist your physical stature.

There are many performers that exude energy but it seems like Ziggler has just about each of them beaten on that account. He's the kind of wrestler who could take even the most common maneuver and react to it as if he was struck by a car. This is art of selling done to a high degree and the fact that he can make each opponent he's in the ring with look good is a testament to his talent. Ziggler has taken this uncommonly used art and built his entire way of wrestling around it.

There's no question that he has a lot of animation when it comes to his moves and his wrestling style has benefited from it as well. This is interesting because many people watch his matches and see that he has a great emphasis on mat wrestling. You can also throw in his charisma and how the crowd responds to his actions in the ring. He's one of the few people in the business today who people can consider to be the total package, every imaginable facet being covered.

Ziggler is already very energetic, so why would he need creatine to help his game? It's not so much a means for him to become more active but rather become stronger if he is to face off against opponents who are bigger than him by comparison. He's the kind of wrestler who may not be physically imposing next to other athletes in the business but that doesn't mean he still can't be strong. Training, along with the right supplements, can lend a great assist.
