Are You In Doubt That The Joint Supplement Works For You?

By Loree Rutzmoser

If this is the case in a developed country like the UK where one gets the best of facilities, one can only shudder at the phenomenon all over the world.

During the middle of 2004, my right knee started aching and over the time, became increasingly swollen. the swelling and intense pain made it difficult for me to walk up and down the stairs without support.

As a result, I was not able to put pressure on my right leg and began shifting my body weight onto the other leg. Because of this imbalance, soon thereafter, my left knee developed inflammation and pain, too. Since I was not able to move, I gained a lot of weight, which put further pressure on my joints.

All these negatively affected my overall physical and mental health. A specialist in pain management suggested that I should start on a joint supplement regimen. He explained to me that my joints' cartilages were seriously damaged and that daily joint supplements would help to heal and allow my body to rebuild the cartilage. I visited quite a few therapists, orthopedics and joint specialists, from their diagnoses, it seemed that surgery was the only solution. This also meant I would not be able to do any impact sports except swimming.

The joints may then become stiff and painful. This can lead to limited range of motion and in severe cases lameness and even deformation.

By November 2004, I was scheduled to undergo surgery mid-January. During this time, I continued to take joint supplements. By the end of the year, I felt noticeably better. I was no longer in pain and the inflammation had gone down.

After consulting my specialist, based on x-ray findings, he confirmed that my joints were functional and had made a full recovery without the surgery. I happily canceled my surgery appointment and was grateful I went through with taking joint supplement.
